I Struggle to Understand What Justifies the High Reviews
I genuinely struggle to understand the number of highly positive reviews after testing the different features myself.
First, the user experience feels chaotic. The platform keeps opening new browser windows and appears to jump between sub-pages, which makes the flow feel fragmented rather than seamless. Even during login, I was asked whether I was a personal profile or one of several profiles, which added unnecessary friction and made the onboarding feel unclear and illogical.
I also expected to add my LinkedIn profile once, complete the setup once, and then have the platform consistently follow my brand voice and brand colours. That has not been the case.
The output quality is also far below what I expected. The carousel generator does not save me time compared with other tools or even Canva, because I still have to do almost everything step by step myself. The trend suggestions are not relevant to my niche, and the suggested posts are weak.
Overall, the product feels buggy, inefficient, and not polished enough for the price. Based on my experience, I would like a full refund.

Apr 16, 2026Thank you for the review.
As you spent time writing a detailed review, let me go through your points one by one:
1. About opening a tab - it was an issue before. It’s much less of an issue now. All lead gen features (hooks, formatter, carousel) are already integrated in main app except for LinkedIn review, which will be integrated.
2. About the question of whether it’s personal or several profiles, it’s a very important question. Two very different audiences can’t be served in one way - we need to understand who we serve
3 you setup your linkedin & brand voice once - it lives with you. every single post creation is based on that personalization. your point was fair about carousel - not knowing this. we fixed it today; now, in the generation of carousel, your context is also used for posts also used.
4. Among your points, the most spot-on is about the carousel. I was surprised by the amount of demand and attention it got. So at the start of Appsumo, it was less developed - we're developing it very fast to close the expectation (already: integration inside the app, saving carousel in the library, AI-driven settings, expanded fonts, etc.).
