I am an agency owner that has worked with several SMM & CRM systems. This has been by far one of the better experiences I've had. I had some small connectivity issues but, besides having to reconnect a few of my platforms, Adaptly has served its purpose for my organizations. I appreciate all the platforms & options for scheduling. I also really like the analytics. Overall, I think this a great software to get for any agency or business owner. Just make sure to get something you can scale with if you intend to go all in with this aspect of your business.
