I’m seeing a pretty basic app right now. Functionality feels limited, and while AppSumo has hyped it up (surprise, surprise), the reviews on Apple’s App Store tell a much grimmer story. Users complain about poor customer support, visuals that some might call “economically designed” — let’s just say, not exactly what you’d expect from a premium product — and an overall frustrating experience.

I’m tempted to give it a shot, but with the recent track record of AppSumo deals (or should I say ‘lack thereof’), I’m curious: what’s the roadmap? What future improvements are planned? How will you respond to the avalanche of negative feedback on your platform?
