Q: Social & Shopify Functionality
I can't help but notice the name similarity to ManyChat. Are you planning to add more and more of the features that they have? I'm most interested in social automations (like Instagram/Facebook comments-to-DM and autoreply to page comments). And do you plan on adding Shopify integration to be able to access order info and deliver coupons, etc? If so, when is that planned for?

Currently, our main focus is on the Facebook and Instagram Comment-to-DM feature. We are also planning to expand our integrations to include Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
I am unable to provide an exact ETA at this time, as some tasks depend on the completion of work by third-party teams.
