zaintechQ: I want to use my own API to send SMS
Hello,
I am non technical person so kindly answer me easy words.
I am running my ecommerce website (OpenCart).
On account creation, order placement and order status change my website send SMS and WhatsApp message through API of my SMS gateway app. (Means I have my own API).
When my website connects API it takes long to process and customer take it as website hangs up.
How I can do these all task through your system. Can I connect and send SMS to my API through your system.
Kindly guide me in easy words.

Feb 16, 2026A: Hello! Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, at the moment it will not be possible to solve such a problem, since we do not have the ability to connect our own API. In the future, we plan such functionality, but when it will be is currently unknown.
We also do not have integration with WhatsApp, so we will not be able to transfer data directly there either. You can suggest improvements to the system you need or missing functionality on this page https://roadmap.apix-drive.com
