VikingfinityQ: More approvers?
Our agency might never hit the 25 approver monthly limit… but what if we do? What if, say, we need 50 approvers a month?
I guess my question is: would you be open fo offering either:
1) A custom LTD on top of your AppSumo tier-3 plan for unlimited approvers?
2) Or a one-time price (available anytime in the future for AppSumo customers) for extra approvers?

The approver limit is a soft cap — if usage spikes above your plan, we won’t cut you off. We’ll only reach out if it happens two months in a row and then discuss an upgrade.
We’ve also had a few requests for more agency-friendly pricing, and we’re exploring a couple of options:
* High-capacity tier
A higher plan with a very large approver allowance. Not truly “unlimited forever,” but high enough that agencies wouldn’t need to worry about hitting the limit.
* Pay-per-approval model
Instead of capping approvers, we’d cap the total number of approvals. That way, if you send one document to many clients, you’re not penalized for the extra approvers.
On your suggestion of a future add-on option — that’s not something we’ve built into our model yet, but it’s a solid idea and one we’re going to consider.
We're planning on making adjustments to approval pricing/packaging next week so let me know if you have feedback about either one!
A higher capacity tier would definitely be better in my view!
P.S.: It probably goes without saying, but for us AppSumo customers, the higher capacity tier would be the most attractive as an LTD – either as a "Tier-4" here on AppSumo, or a separate LTD add-on that can be purchased later.
I would be interested in a higher tier for an Agency setup. The current low number of approvers doesn't fit the purpose.
