Im exploring free trial before making the decision to purchase, can you please provide clarity on following questions
1. How do I set personalisation for the sequence messages? like... Hi <Firstname>
2. Where to find all the sequence templates ?
3. How can I configure more than 3 sequence nudge messages ?

Dec 25, 2025A: Hey there, In addition to using the free tier, I would strongly recommend watching the tutorial video on our page to get a full idea of how to do most things in the tool: https://automagicalapps.com/nudge
1) When you click Generate with AI when on-the-fly nudging, the AI will automagically insert the recipients name and summarize your messages
2) In the main Gmail screen, you can click Edit Templates to see all of the default templates you have (or in a email thread view, simply click the dropdown of templates and you can read through them
3) Simpy create a new nudge template in the Gmail homescreen by clicking "New" for Nudge Templates, and as many nudges on your new template as youd like
