ArbiterQ: Unable to download uploaded attachment
I'm trying to use this form to have some documents uploaded that I can then retrieve via the API, since the submission triggers a workflow in Zapier. I can't find any documentation in the API that explains how to do that. Can you please tell me how to retrieve the uploaded documents via API?
Could you please confirm if you are experiencing issues sending file upload to Zapier? You have to map the file upload field to Zapier field in integration settings and then the file path directory link will be sent to Zapier.

I'm not following. The download link does not appear in the JSON response when fetching the entry via the API. Can you clarify what you're saying?
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes, the API request to fetch the download link of files from entries has some issues and our developer has already found solution for the issue, will be added in the next version..

And when will that be released? I'm already deeply integrated with this and don't have time to find another option and build workflows around it.
