Q: sentiment analysis
checking on two things:
a recent question noted that their support query went unresponded to for four days. if Brandjet is already not responding to support, i'd like to know before purchasing. most questions are from March.
the main question is about Sentiment Analysis. i'm echoing a user who noted this is only available in Tier 4. the Founder suggested this was being updated, but i want to check if they were only referring to Monitoring. I agree this would make it worth it, and I'd prefer not to be forced into Tier 4, paying for limits I don't need for one feature.
can you clarify before the current deal runs out at noon CT, USA?

On support, we had a big influx after launch and a few tickets took longer than they should have. That's been sorted and response times are back to normal. We're also reachable on Slack and the founder's direct number for faster help.
On sentiment analysis, it's available on all tiers except Tier 1. It's part of monitoring and runs automatically on every mention collected for your keywords. So you don't need to be on Tier 4 to get it.
