It has all the potential to dominate the market, but...
Brandjet is a tool that, if it delivers on all its promises, I believe has the potential to dominate the market. My main reason for giving them such a low score is that I feel they’re trying to do too much and are promising many features that have already been launched, but I think that by trying to do so much, everything falls apart. I’ve already mentioned this to the CEO, and he’s been receptive to my criticism, but after nearly two weeks of the campaign, I can’t (yet) trust BradJet for my projects
During these nearly two weeks, I’ve been more of a beta tester than a customer. My main issues have been:
- In my email campaign, I’ve consistently encountered errors related to my email limits. One day I send 10 emails, another day none, and another day I send 15 in 10 minutes—it’s not working well.
- The variables for the emails—such basic functions—fail. I’ve lost opportunities with leads where the subject lines displayed the text of the variable instead of the variable itself. Yes, emails with “Hello, |name|.”
- There’s no proactivity or follow-up. I feel like if I don’t file the reports, the errors aren’t getting fixed. Maybe there’s a lot of work going on behind the scenes, but it feels like I’ve just been a beta tester, and if I don’t report those errors, they don’t get addressed.
- I've been told that the issues with my campaign were due to the migration to a larger infrastructure, but the solution for my campaign is to migrate it to a new fresh one. I don't think that's the ideal solution, and although I've been willing to make that migration, support still hasn't figured out how to do it without my prospects losing their current progress/step.
What I have to say about BrandJet is that, despite everything, at least there’s someone behind the scenes who’s always responding and helping out—I don’t feel alone in that regard, and the CEO has been very kind. Unfortunately, however, there are still a lot of errors, even when using such basic features for cold email campaigns.
I’m more than willing to change my review, but giving it a higher score would be lying about my personal experience. Once all the issues I’ve encountered are resolved and my campaign is working 100% properly, I’ll update it. BrandJet has a lot of potential, and I’m confident it will improve.

Apr 17, 2026Hey Diego, appreciate the honest feedback. You ran into issues during a major infrastructure migration and I get that the timing wasn't great for your campaigns.
That said, we've been in direct contact with you throughout, addressed every issue you raised, and the new infra is already live and stable. We're a small team shipping fast and things move quickly on our end.
Looking forward to seeing how it goes from here.
