Great product, small glitches, POOR SERVICE!
I purchased this service and do love what it does and the cost is great compared to Docusign. However, despite having no issue taking my payment, when I try logging in and they are to send a code to do so (like many services do for authentication), I don't get the code. Tried several times and then they make you wait at least 29 minutes to try again. This is not acceptable. Their service BOT is no help. They just say to email the service department. I do that and I get a canned message that they will address my issue within in 72 hours. That is unacceptable. I would rather they charge a tad more and have a text service to send codes or a real human to answer calls. It takes away all the benefits if they cannot help customers.
Not happy as I need access to these documents when I log in - not as much as 72 hours later.
I have asked for a refund and will have to find a different service that can help customers in a timely manner when something is an issue. It is a real shame.

We had a spammer/fraudster/phisher group use BreezeDoc recently to send phishing emails — and it's obviously extremely frustrating and annoying. We have some pretty aggressive defensives, but with AI it seems like all these bad actors are doing really creative and new things to sneak past defenses.
We identified and banned the spam group, and are working to fix the damage they did to our sender reputation. The good news is, it looks like things are restoring and should be back to normal in the coming days. Really sorry for the issue.
