Hi, I currently have a trial account registered under my personal email address. I would like to ask if it is possible to change the admin email to my company email address.
Additionally, if I purchase a lifetime deal via AppSumo using my company email, would it be linked to the existing account after the email change, or would you recommend that I create a completely new account instead?
I want to ensure I follow the correct setup process to avoid any issues with activation or licensing. Thank You.
I have been a user for a few years now. About 3 months ago I started having issues with the software. I have reached out and no one ever responds. When I used the text box the software locks up. I was also charged for something a month ago and I have reached out 2-3 times to find out why you charged my credit card but no one responded. Have you stopped offering support?
