Q: Is your company still open?
Hello,
I have been a user for a few years now. About 3 months ago I started having issues with the software. I have reached out and no one ever responds. When I used the text box the software locks up. I was also charged for something a month ago and I have reached out 2-3 times to find out why you charged my credit card but no one responded. Have you stopped offering support?

Regarding the charge: if your purchase was made through AppSumo, we do not have access to your credit card details and are unable to process any charges from our end. In that case, we recommend reaching out to AppSumo support for further clarification.
For the software issues, it would be very helpful if you could email us with details of the problems you’re experiencing, so our team can investigate and resolve them as quickly as possible.
We’d also like to let you know that a new version of the platform is scheduled to launch by the end of April, which will include new UI, new features and a several improvements.
