The product was initially designed for English users and later expanded to support additional languages. Some characters from certain languages may not always work as expected. This has been communicated from the beginning, and we’re continuously working to improve compatibility.

We’re also working on a brand-new version of the product, expected to launch in the next few weeks, which will offer better experience.

Regarding the API, the features included in the AppSumo deal were clearly outlined on the listing page. API access is not part of this deal, which is why it isn’t currently included.
