Mixed feelings
I have bought 5500 pages worth of ClickRank credits. I am semi-happy with the product. The main issue I have been having are twofold:
1) For the past month or so, I have been trying to crawl my website (5500 pages) but whenever the crawl is complete, no optimizations/errors are shown. Earlier when I had only 500 pages and I crawled the website, I was shown 700 errors (for 500 pages). This brings me to the other major issue
2) Their customer support while fast is not very detailed. Their English is weak (I understand not everyone's first language is English but they could use AI or something to write their sentences if its such a big problem). The customer support just does NOT understand my above problem and keeps suggesting things which doesn't fix my aforementioned issue.
Actually there is another issue as well that I noticed today. I use Yoast on my Wordpress website and noticed that for many posts the canonical tags are gone. I am not sure if this happened because of ClickRank. I asked the support but again they were not very detailed so I am using this review to find out if ClickRank can cause any canonical tag issue. This is causing me a lot of stress and I would appreciate some help. I have already asked Yoast's customer support as well and I am awaiting their response.
The good:
The dashboard is nice and when the optimizations are applied then everything seems to be working fine. Its just sad that I have been unable to apply the optimizations since no errors are being detected/recrawl issues.
I will obviously change this 3 taco score to 5 if they resolve my said issues.
Edit: For the past 2 hours, I am chatting with Saood whose English and communication is super weak. He does not understand what I am explaining to him. I have done 2 recrawls. The recrawls do not complete (5500 pages) and then they show 0 errors. Earlier when I had 500 pages, the crawls would work and 700 issues would be shown. He keeps saying that your website has 0 issues which makes absolutely no sense. I might have to ask for a REFUND if this issue isnt resolved.
