Q: 8 workspaces top tier??? Useless! another hit on early adopters.

When I first purchased this 1 YEAR AGO, there were no workspaces involved. 75 custom domains as an agency plan meant 75 clients or our own domains we intend to promote and properly separate them, either with workspaces, spaces, brands, whatever.

Adding 8 workspaces and 5 users (???) now is like turning an early good investment with total confidence into basically a useless toy.

You do realize this is basically downgrading early purchases into a crap agency model, right?

Spent my personal time advising on how this product could be huge, and they are doing it, but then they do this!!!

On top of that, I had been an advocate of this app and team until I realized this, but no more. Maybe it will work for a few solopreneurs. Strongly advise avoiding this product.

Thanks for the greed. Totally regret getting this. My worst AS purchase ever.

A: Hi, thank you for sharing your perspective. I want to clarify a few points for accuracy, especially for other AppSumo buyers reading this.

First, we have not reduced any early adopter entitlements.

Workspaces were introduced later to add structure (brands, permissions, reporting), not to replace or invalidate existing agency workflows. However, we understand that some early users were using custom domains themselves as the primary way to separate many clients before workspaces existed. For those users, the change in organisation can feel restrictive — and we acknowledge that.

While our current workspace limits are already aligned with (and often more generous than) standard industry practices, we don't want early supporters to feel boxed into a setup that didn't exist when they originally bought in.
