Custom domains not working even though set up per instructed
I will come back and change review once I can use the custom domain, but that is failing to be set up, even after spending a lot of time verifying it was done as instruced.
Support thus far has been very slow to reply, and when they did pointed me as the instruction doc. So far not so good.
Rating 2 stars, as custom domain is a key feature - otherwise i will just stay on free url shorteners.

The custom domain issue you experienced was related to DNS propagation timing. Once we investigated it, it was resolved within a few hours. Since it was Sunday, our initial response time was slower than usual, but the issue itself was fixed the same day.
Custom domains are now fully working on your account.
