Just started using it, but so far I’ve found it very easy to use, even for someone who isn’t especially technical. Whenever I’m unsure about something, Sohaib replies incredibly quickly, which has really strengthened my confidence in the product. As others have mentioned, the Autobot messages feel very human in testing, which is exactly what you want, and it uses the information you provide extremely well, so you feel comfortable leaving your sales in the hands of DM Champ.
