Before purchasing Tier 3, I want to clarify how the 5 project limit works.

My intended architecture:
- 1 internal Supabase project (all internal apps)
- Up to 4 separate client Supabase projects (one per client, each isolated)

Two quick questions:
1. If I disconnect a churned client's project, does that slot become available for a new client — or is the limit 5 total connections ever created?
2. Can I connect to Supabase projects across different Supabase accounts (e.g. one in my account, others in individual client accounts)?
