HORRIBLE SUPPORT from Dynal.AI AND from AppSumo themselves...
I purchased DynaI.ai and initially was able to get into the software/activate it.
Then somehow I couldn’t.
I emailed their support AND appsumo support and have had literally NO response.
This is very upsetting, and though I could simply ask for a refund, I would also lose my use of a coupon and credits I used for part of the purchase.
Requesting AT LEAST an acknowledgment of my email is asking the least, asking for an actual resolution so I can get into the software is what I would prefer.
Please advise.
