Q: Are there currently SSL certificate issues affecting Ethos-hosted brandbooks or related domains?

I recently noticed browser security warnings suggesting that an SSL certificate may be missing or misconfigured. Could the Ethos team confirm whether there are any known SSL certificate issues at the moment?

If so:

1. Which domains or services are affected?
2. What is the expected timeline for resolution?
3. Are user data, custom domains, or published brandbooks impacted in any way?
4. What is the recommended workaround while this is being resolved?

I have also had difficulty reaching support, so any clarification or official update would be greatly appreciated.

We recently completed our annual SSL certificate renewal and upgrade through Cloudways. The vast majority of sites should now be covered by the updated certificates.

If you're still seeing an SSL warning on your Showroom, please email [email protected] your custom URL. Our team will verify that your new SSL certificate has been provisioned correctly and resolve any remaining issues as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience, and we'll make sure your custom domain is working correctly.
