Codes not working and support is unresponsive
This looks really incredible and would be so useful to me but I cannot even use it. I purchased 4 codes yesterday and not one of them works. I reached out in every way I could to support and sales and have heard nothing back. I will give them until end of day and then I will refund. What a shame!
UPDATE: They got me all straightened out. I wish support was much quicker to respond. When we purchase software a lot of us have a pretty immediate need to access the product. With that said I’m in now and it’s looking pretty incredible. I knew it would be super useful to me 🤩

Once you’re in, just send the codes to our team and we can apply them manually on the backend to upgrade your account.
We’re actively supporting the product and definitely don’t want anyone feeling stuck or unheard. If you’re still open to trying Ethos, we’d love to get you set up properly and make this right.
