Codes not working / Lack of support
Bought four codes yesterday, but none of them are working. Support has not responded on either chat or email.
Updated: Still no response from Ethos customer service after two days after several attempts and also reaching out to AppSumo for support. This products look good initially, but customer support is completely lacking. Not what I expected.
Update 2: Well, yet another day without any response from Ethos support. AppSumo at least aswers but can't do anything else that also try and chase Ethos. Very disappointing.
Update 3: Lowering to 1 star. Still no response at all from support. Bought 4 codes and they are not working. Very poor customer service.

Once you’re in, just send the codes to our team and we can apply them manually on the backend to upgrade your account.
We’re actively supporting the product and definitely don’t want anyone feeling stuck or unheard. If you’re still open to trying Ethos, we’d love to get you set up properly and make this right.
