Frustrated.
At first, I thought I enjoyed the platform because it was simple to use, and I naturally hoped it would be updated. After the facts and analysis were presented, though, this quickly changed.
There are ambiguous labels and inconsistent UI/UX. The dashboard is slow and can take up to two minutes to save, even when you are making the smallest changes.
There is an enormous amount of work to be done. I will create an exhaustive list as soon as I receive a proactive response.
But most importantly, there isn't. You have a 50/50 chance of getting a response when you reach out, and you have an additional 50/50 chance of getting a response after that. This is an illustration of inadequate communication. I've been attempting to get a proactive response since December 19.
I genuinely hope this is fixed because I use the application for a few clients.
The website underwent a refresh last year, and while some significant updates were anticipated, this was regrettably not the case.
I hope Appsumo can reach out to Brian/ team Ethis in hopes for a proactive response.
Founders need to know that their clients depend on their software…
