Q: Does Tier 3 support multiple private, audience-specific spaces with restricted access in one community?
I own Tier 3 and plan one branded community for salon clients, beauty professionals, entrepreneurs, and potentially supervised youth programs.
Please clarify:
1. Can I change the community name and URL after registration?
2. Can I create private groups/channels with invite-only or role-based access for different audiences?
3. What is the minimum member age? Are guardian consent and youth safeguards supported?
4. I own EzyCourse and its branded app. Can I register for EzyCommunity using the same email without affecting my existing courses, website, app, or settings?
5. Tier 3 advertises 15 courses, 5,000 monthly marketing emails, and white-label iOS/Android apps. Are branded apps included without setup or recurring fees? Are developer accounts required? Are there additional email delivery charges or feature limitations?
Thank you!

Hi Sadek! Thanks for your quick reply!
I already have a branded EzyCourse app, Radiance by Raytillia, offering courses and salon bookings.
Can I integrate EzyCommunity Tier 3 into this existing app instead of purchasing another app? If so, how and at what cost?
Thank you!
No you cannot and you shouldn't. If you already have ezycourse then same very community ui ux and functionalities will be available in our upcoming ezycourse 2.0. If you want to run a separate community first platform then you can take it as standalone.

Thank you for the helpful clarification. I appreciate your support!
I'm moving forward with my EzyCommunity Tier 3 setup.
One remaining question: What is the minimum member age, and does EzyCommunity support parental consent and safeguards for youth participants?
Thanks again!
you have to set it yourself with custom profile fields and pre join questions if you want to set age limit. Parental consent we don't have specifically but you can do it again asking question such as Did you parent gave you consent or are you the parent etc
