DarkHorseQ: Explain agents, admin seats and credits. Use for client sites?
Hi, How many different sites with completely different content can we deploy the bot(s) on? What are agents and admin seats? Explain the use of credit? And what are the estimated extra costs of AI when deploying a bot? Do you offer a 'white label' and commercial license to be used for client sites? Thank you

Dec 2, 2025A: Hi! Regarding each of your questions:
1. You are not limited to a specific amount of websites you can deploy each agent on. However, there is a limit per plan on the number of active agents you can have.
2. Agents are a configured, trained LLM with deployment, knowledge base, etc. It should be clear from the UI. Admin seats are accounts that have access to your organization's dashboard.
3. 1 message credit = 1 LLM response. Certain tools and models increase the number of credits per message - this is indicated in the UI.
4. This depends on your usage, there is an included amount of credits per tier and then you can calculate based on your audience and the amount of messages sent per month!
5. We do not offer a white label option at the moment but we are working on one. A commercial license is an option, but that would be outside of AppSumo.
