Booked 3 calls in the first week. I just put my face on my site.

I recorded a 40-second video on my phone, set the CTA to my Calendly, and pasted one line of code. That's genuinely it. Three discovery calls booked in week one from people who said they felt like they already knew me.

The tool is clear... Efficient and multi possibilities... I had a point to manage widget on multilingue website and the support is perfect. I hope there will be evolutions to maintain and optimize performance and models...

Love this product! The CTA buttons provide a ton of flexibility and there is a fair amount of customization regarding the player. I made my first video in no time. I did have a bit of an issue embedding it (all me... not the software), and I sent an email. Honestly, I was blown away at the level of support I received. Someone was able to see what I was challenged with in my account and walk me through what I was doing wrong in several email exchanges. Not waiting for hours for a response... literally minutes! FacePop is a masterclass in customer support. I'd give it 6 tacos for that part alone if I could. But the video widget is well worth the money.

Of all the AppSumo LTDs I've purchased over the past eight years, FacePop has been the most disappointing. I bought an LTD back in 2024 and had a good experience setting up and testing the product initially. However, for some reason, I couldn’t get the pop-up to publish on a live site.

The worst part is that I emailed the support team three times and didn’t receive a single response. I’ve hada few similar experiences with other LTD platforms before, but this is the first (and only) time it’s happened to me with AppSumo.

While the product seems promising in principle (though I never got to test it properly), the attitude towards customers leaves a lot to be desired.

I started using Facepop recently and faced an SSL certification issue on the first day. Thankfully, Fatos resolved it promptly :), which impressed me with their support. About a week later, I encountered an issue where tapping the full-screen option caused the video to freeze, and only audio would play when resumed. This happened on both mobile and desktop. Nevrie quickly fixed this issue within a week. As someone new to webhooks, I shared my query with Nevrie. It was Nevrie's patient walkthrough, which helped me get started smoothly(Nevrie you rock). In terms of features, Facepop fits well with one of my use case i.e. for my educational academy. It’s very handy for collecting student testimonials, making it easier to gather valuable feedback. After seeing list of features and incredible support, I bought all the codes(fully stacked).

To sum up-Go ahead while this deal is live as the tool is practical and the customer support is excellent.
