FeedGuardians for agency

Question

I have a few questions as I’m evaluating FeedGuardians for agency use:

1) In top tier how many workspaces can we use FeedGuardians to manage multiple brands/clients under one account?

2) Do you offer (or plan to offer) a white-label option for agencies? If yes, could you share the expected pricing and what’s included?
I also previously emailed about this but didn’t receive a response, so I’d appreciate a clear update.

3) If we reach or exceed the monthly command/usage limit, what are the options and pricing to purchase additional commands?

4) Does the platform support tagging/categorization? For example, can items be tagged as “Generic question,” “Sales,” etc., either manually or automatically?

Hello!\u000a\u000aSorry if we\u0027ve missed your email. \u000a\u000a1. Tier 4 will have 20 workspaces\u000a\u000a2. We do offer whitelabeling: https://feedguardians.com/whitelabel/brochure. But not in AppSumo deal.\u000a\u000a3.  Currently the only way would be to switch to regular pricing\u000a\u000a4. Yes we have automatic categorization where the AI categorizes the comment by category such as sales opportunity, toxic, customer support, etc. We also have comment tags for team management. This is all done automatically.
