Really good! Kept their promise!
I like the tool quite a lot.
We haven’t used it heavily yet because we realized that as your brand stays longer in the market, the volume of negative comments naturally decreases. That said, the generated responses are very adequate and well-formulated.
One thing I’d love to see is the ability to train and refine it further so it “remembers” preferences and improves over time.
I originally bought it with international expansion in mind. Soon we’ll be expanding into other countries, and that’s when we’ll start using it much more — I can already see how useful it will be at scale. The only small friction point is when it generates responses in a language I don’t understand. In those cases, I have to copy and paste the reply into a translator just to understand what it’s about to send. It would be great to have an English preview alongside the original response. Not a dealbreaker, just a nice improvement.
The UI/UX is very clean and practical. Being able to jump in from my phone makes a real difference. I even received a sales opportunity email, replied quickly through the platform, and we closed the sale. That alone shows clear ROI potential.
Honestly, if we had this tool in the beginning, it would have been a game changer. We received hundreds of comments early on, and handling them efficiently would have saved a lot of time and likely improved conversions even more.
Keep it up!

API and Unlimited Accounts, T3 > T4
Overall, the product is pretty efficient.
It's got a nice UI and everything works fine.
You can tell it needs some QoL improvements, and especially needs to fix the YouTube connection issue, since right now you can't connect to it.
Other than that, I think the T3 is the way to go. There's not much difference between T3 and T4, honestly. I think T4 should include Smart DM, which is an add-on you gotta pay extra for anyway.
Sticking with T3 is the smartest move, since you can connect unlimited accounts. That means 2x T3 is basically the same as 1x T4, which makes T3 the best plan overall.
It has API, that's a plus for T3 and T4.

Feb 26, 2026Hey ChinoAleman, thanks for the honest review and the tier breakdown - really useful for other buyers.
Regarding the YouTube connection issue, we're actively going back and forth with Youtube for API increase. Same goes for the QoL improvements, we know there's room to polish things up.
If you have specific suggestions, feel free to reach out on our [email protected] email. We're always...

Honest Review after few days testing + video
FeedGuardians has helped me become more responsive and professional while letting me focus on growing my business instead of babysitting my inboxes. If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend checking out a review first—the walkthrough really helped me see if it was right for my needs.
If you want a detailed look and demo, watch this video review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unRU5Cd6FL8
What I liked
-Automation and moderation actually reduce busywork: the platform does a solid job scanning comments, DMs and images (it even checks YouTube), and the auto-reply + auto-like options saved me time in early tests.
-Configurable brand voice and a knowledge base make answers feel on-brand rather than generic — useful for keeping replies consistent across platforms.
-Unified inbox and the analytics dashboard give a clear view of interaction counts and moderation categories, which helped prioritize issues quickly.
-Team features and the playground for testing responses are handy: you can simulate replies per platform and see moderation tags before rolling out.
What felt rough or limiting
-Key features like real-time alerts and higher weekly interaction allowances are locked behind higher tiers. If you need immediate notifications or heavier volume, expect to upgrade.
-Entry-plan limits are real: the lifetime deal starts at $59 but caps at 3,500 replies/month on lower tiers — that can be tight for busy accounts.
-Missing integrations: there’s no Reddit or Quora support yet, so if those communities matter to you, you’ll still need another tool.
-Auto-send is convenient but risky: enabling it can post replies without human review, so you’ll want strict moderation rules and previews for sensitive channels. Good thing you can setup this.
Setup and day-to-day
- Connecting accounts and setting up moderation rules/keyword blocklists is straightforward. Spend time upfront tuning the AI tone, the knowledge-base entries, and issue-resolution rules — that’s where the accuracy improves.
The playground made it easy to see what in real time feedguardians can interact with DM and Comments.

Excellent Product
I've been looking for something like this and FeedGuardians is really exceptional. I took about an hour to set it up for a variety of clients complete with instructions for each one so that it replies exactly on brand and it's been doing phenomenal. I'm very excited to see where this product goes. And if you manage ads this is especially useful for keeping people off of your ads that shouldn't be there (competitors that are too broke to run their own ads but comment about how "expert" they are on your ads lol).

Feb 20, 2026Thanks for the review! Love that you got multiple clients dialed in within an hour as setup speed is something we obsess over.
Keeping those self-proclaimed "experts" off your clients' ads is honestly one of our favorite things to watch FeedGuardians handle. Someone's gotta do it 😄
Lots more coming :D stick around, it's going to be fun!

Essential tool for managing ad comments at scale
We run Adward.io, an AI-powered ad generation platform, and our clients run a lot of paid social campaigns. Before FeedGuardians, managing comments across all those ads was a nightmare.
Spam, competitor links, and negative comments were piling up under high-performing ads, killing conversion rates.
FeedGuardians solved this for us. The AI moderation catches spam and toxic comments automatically, which means we no longer have to babysit every ad account manually.
The intent detection is really useful too, because it flags comments that are actually purchase-related questions so our clients can jump in and close the sale instead of letting those slip through.
The unified inbox across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok saves a ton of time. Instead of switching between platforms, everything is in one place. The AI-generated replies are surprisingly accurate once you feed it the right brand info and FAQs.
If you're running paid social at any kind of volume, this is a no-brainer. It protects your ad spend and turns comment sections from a liability into a conversion opportunity.
