Anyone can look good in a demo. Holding up under a live Facebook campaign with real spend on the line is a different thing entirely, so hearing it delivered there means a lot.
You hit the parts we care about most too, the full e-commerce funnel with bump offers, accurate Meta CAPI tracking (so important post-iOS14), and the supporting pages that people forget about until launch day. And on support, that hybrid model is deliberate: AI for instant answers, a human the moment things get complex. Good to know it worked the way it's meant to when you needed it.
