just purchased a few minutes ago and then I saw this on your site privacy policy. Can you further explain a little bit more about this? I wanna make sure I’m understanding correctly that anything that we record is published publicly? this is very important because pretty much anything that I post is going to be pertaining to something related to a business so it wouldn’t make sense to purchase this. But I do you want to give you a chance to clarify.
This coming from your website directly:

If you post, transact, or publish content that contains personal details (e.g. in comments, shared links, or embedded guides), that information becomes publicly visible. Please exercise caution when sharing any PII in public spaces; Flonnect cannot be held responsible for information you choose to disclose publicly."

Edited Apr 13, 2026A: You don’t need to worry — your recordings are not automatically made public.
Flonnect has two visibility options:
🔒 Private (Default)
Your recordings, guides, and content are only accessible to you or people you explicitly share with
Nothing is visible publicly
This is what most business users use
🌐 Public (Optional)
If you choose to make something public (like sharing a public link, embedding a guide, or publishing it)
Then it becomes accessible to anyone with the link or on may be crawled by Search engines.
In that case, you are responsible for what information is included
