Q: How does Flowie protect creator IP when trained on user-created products/courses?

Concern: I saw that Flowie may be trained on the broader Flowlance dataset, including 7,000+ launched digital products and real sales data. If that dataset includes courses or products created by other users, can you clarify: 1) whether creators explicitly consented to their content being used for AI training, 2) what parts of their products are included/excluded, 3) whether private paid content, templates, course lessons, copy, or methods are protected, and 4) what safeguards prevent Flowie from reproducing or closely imitating another creator’s work in answers to other users? I’m asking because this affects creator trust, IP ownership, and whether users should upload or sell proprietary material on Flowlance.

A: Hey ZevsMatic, thanks for the question!

Short version: your IP is 100% yours and stays yours. Always. Here's how it works:
Flowlance is a platform, not a marketplace.

You sell your own products under your own brand — your content, courses, copy, lessons, templates, and methods are 100% your IP, always, as stated in our Terms.

What Flowie actually learns from:
Flowie is not trained on creator products, courses, copy, or private paid content. It learns from anonymized, aggregated patterns across the platform — things like layout types, funnel structures, and types of niches that tend to convert. Pure structural and performance anonymized data, nothing personal or business-specific.
To answer your 4 points directly:

1. Consent — We don't use creator products for AI training, so individual consent isn't required for this. Only anonymized platform-level patterns are analyzed.
2. Included / excluded — Your products, courses, lessons, copy, customer data, and IP are excluded. What's analyzed is aggregated structural data on what works.
3. Private paid content protection — Fully protected. Not touched. Not used for training.
4. Safeguards against imitation — Since Flowie isn't trained on creator content, it has nothing to reproduce or imitate.

You can absolutely upload and sell proprietary material on Flowlance — it's your IP and stays that way.

Take care!
Steven
