Glitchy and Misleading
Was told by your chatbot that the LTD included communities, and then reassured by your live Support agent that it does not. There's no option to even add it on. I was told to just get a full refund from AppSumo. The Google Calendar integration gives an error, which makes this product (I have Tier 3) nearly useless for me. Memberships have been "coming soon" for about a year now (I was told so myself by an agent on a live Support chat last year, and even that's in hope that this feature gets included for LTD). I get an error each time I attempt to join their creator community, then I asked Support for assistance with this, and my request was ignored or looked over for some reason. the customer Portal is not mailing out Magic Links for login, which is concerning (for US) for when a hopeful customer spends their money on our product. But if you just need a way to attach Stripe to a WYSIWYG landing page, you'll be fine. Real founders and business owners will want to use discernment and testing though.

- Our bot indeed shared wrong info about communities during 2 or 3 days. As soon as we realized that we immediately fixed it, apologies for this misinformation. Those features are not part of the LTD, as listed. They bring ongoing costs, and a one-time deal cannot cover that long term. It would make us bankrupt and we don’t want that - we want to be here for our users, for you guys - constantly improve the product for you.
Google Calendar
- This is a third-party ingeration. Some edge cases break. If this still hits you, reach out to support and we will connect it for you.
Memberships
- The roadmap unfortunately changed. If your business needs memberships, that is on us. We can sort a refund or find a fair solution, even past the 60-day window. Just reach out please & we will make it work.
Creator community
- AppSumo and subscription plans differ, that's why we keep the community separate. Nevertheless instead of the error message you should get this information clearly - we will fix that!
Magic links
- If this is about your login, password or Google sign-in works. If it is about your customers, we see no active issues. Share details (which email account affected) and we will double check for you.
