Q: Download/licence disappeared from my Profile on Your Site
Hello,
I purchased your AppSumo deal on 15 Feb., 2025 and having been away for a while, wanted to start making use of the licence. Although I had downloaded and activated in-time, there seems to be just blank showing for downloads/licence now on my account:
My profile dashboard reflects the purchased registration under
#Order Date
#161587 February 19, 2025
But the Licences and Downloads show "No Licenes Found" and "No Downloads Found"; has the access method changed?
