Q: Form with Upload
If a form has an upload option is that shared via Direct Form Submission to email or via CND link to email?

Jun 30, 2026A: Files uploaded in the form will show as links in the PDF (attached to the email) allowing recipients to easily access and download the files.
Note - Uploaded files will not be embedded directly into the email body.
