This is a very complicated product. And I underestimated it and the complexity of the setup.
I'm not a noviceI know my way around coding, I know my way around complicated products, but I don't think Fusebase is quite ready for the masses. I'm sure that somebody who is very technically competent would have better luck with it than I did.

When I started out with three at level three, if you will, and quickly realized that if I wanted white label, I needed level five, and then, if I wanted the workers, which wasn't clear when I started, I had to go to level 10. So I'm now $700 plus into this. And the first time I tried level 10, I spent 15 or 20 minutes with the worker and racked up $83 in charges to my AA account to do what I considered very little work. And I would have had to spend a fortune more every month just to use that product. So I downgraded it to five and then downgraded it to three because I don't care about white label that much. I'm tempted to hold on to the three that I have and just see what Fuse Base does. I mean, Pavel and those guys seem very, very competent, so I'm hopeful they'll turn into this into something that I can use more of. But it would be helpful to understand how you use this with Claude. And I've talked to Claude about it, and you know, I can see a path forward, but I went through a lot of pain to get there. And I think that's the purpose of this review. Best of luck, you guys. I'm watching and waiting.

FuseBase is easy to use, reliable, and constantly improving. It offers more than the basic tools and regularly adds features that make work easier. The team listens to feedback and continues to support existing users, which is refreshing to see.

It’s tailored to my requirements, easy to use, and keeps me updated on progress. No more complicated back-and-forth exchanges or long waits for responses.

Besides the portal, this tool also provides a much smoother customer experience. I get the transparency I want without having to use multiple different software. The agency team is also able to organize their work more orderly, which speeds up the workflow. This platform has strengthened collaboration while making my work significantly more convenient.

You should take a look at their upgrade list. Wow, so many features have been added! Although they are not yet perfectly functional, they are gradually moving toward perfection.

Clearly, whether you are a large or small business, this platform is worth considering to run your business. At first, I only used it as a customer portal, but now, it is a comprehensive system for me to coordinate agents to carry out automations, integrating AI features, database, everything in one.

Hopefully, within the next 6 months to 1 year, all the bugs will be fixed, and it will become extremely useful for current businesses.

I got in a few years ago, and to be honest it wasn't quite a good fit for my use case, but I kept it because I had a call with Pavel and I felt like he would deliver or die trying. Thankfully it was the former. I recently started a project and decided to revisit Fusebase. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It's still not perfect, but much further along than before and I'm even considering re-upping my commitment. The way I see it, I am showing support for Pavel and his team.
The biggest unlock was fusebase CLI which I used in my existing workflow to now have fusebase take the place of other software I was going to use for hosting and deployment. Keep on keeping on team!
