A simple and effective tool for freelancers. Fynlo caught my attention with its clear and user-friendly design. I really like the Dashboard layout, which displays all the key information at a glance. One especially powerful feature, still in beta, is the AI Expenses that you can easily link to your Google Drive. I hope they’ll eventually support bank and credit card statements so you can track income and expenses just by uploading a PDF (right now, it doesn’t recognize all transactions, only the total, which not very useful). Also, as more users work with MXN Pesos, they’ll likely add it to the currency list. Overall, 5 tacos: perfectly suited for freelancers and growing small businesses.

Affordable and functional
Has all the basic accounting features and with a nice clean interface. Tested out the AI expense feature and its pretty good. Very handy since I'm moving towards paperless receipt record keeping.
Will be switching over in the next financial year from QuickBooks. Hope more Australians get on board, so we can get the BAS return reporting feature :)

Clean, intuitive, and a huge time-saver for freelancers!
We’ve been using Fynlo for our bookkeeping, and it has been a breath of fresh air compared to more bloated accounting software. The user interface is incredibly intuitive—you don't need an accounting degree to navigate the dashboard or understand your P&L.
The AI receipt scanning and Google Drive integration are the standout features for us as we currently use smartclerk.ai and testing tabby.ai. Even though we have not yet tested the feature of being able to just drop files into a folder and have the system extract the data automatically has cut our manual entry time down significantly. The invoice designer is also top-notch, allowing us to send professional, customized invoices in seconds. This is a very useful feature.
The One Missing Piece: While we are very happy with the current functionality, the biggest "missing link" for us right now is the ability to connect directly to our bank accounts. Manually uploading CSVs or using the AI to scan statements works as a temporary fix, but a live bank feed would make this a 5-star, "perfect" tool.
I’ve seen on the roadmap that Plaid/Bank Integration is listed as "Coming Soon"—we are eagerly waiting for this! Once that live sync is live, Fynlo will be unbeatable for small business owners.

AI extraction for receipts is accurate and fast.
Professional, customizable invoicing.
Cons:
Still waiting for live bank/credit card syncing. Hopefully, this feature will be available soon.

Simple, Solid Accounting for all type business
The invoicing is clean and professional, and snapping a picture of a receipt feels genuinely useful. It’s a great starting point, especially with their free tier for keeping tabs on a smaller client load. If your main goal is professional client billing without the headache, Fynlo is a very solid, sober choice. It handles the core requirements without unnecessary stuff
Ai is good no need to write and categorise stuff , its easy to set it self
