Alert!!! Problems with the platform
Urgent. I have a Tier 3 account and purchased GoBrunch some time ago. I've recently started using it, but I'm encountering the unpleasant problem of the audio being out of sync when recordings are made. This is a major issue; I don't know if many others are experiencing the same problem, but it's frustrating to be at an academic event and have the video, when downloaded or shared, turn out to be a problem. Furthermore, the platform should include a feature allowing the moderator to assign seating for presenters, giving them the ability to choose their positions. Finally, it should offer live streaming capabilities on social media. It's unacceptable that such a promising platform with so much potential lacks this crucial feature. My audience consists of teachers, and they are thrilled with GoBrunch and its innovative approach, which makes them feel comfortable. However, disappointment sets in when it fails to meet such essential expectations that every virtual meeting platform should have. I URGENTLY NEED A SOLUTION, PLEASE.

1. [EDIT 2/5: This issue has been fixed] Recording with the participants audio of sync: this was fixed too thank you for reporting.
2. [Edit 4/10] Seats for moderators. Done, we launched it's been 3 weeks, thank you for the request.
3. Live Streaming. This is in our roadmap, but since GoBrunch doesn't rely on 3rd party services to not get cost dependent, we have to build by ourselves and it takes time.
Really wish your teachers keep using it.
