Bought Tier 3............
Having serious trouble logging in. I finally got in, but now there’s nowhere to proceed unless I pay for a plan?

Now I am logged in and the Tier 3 is activated. I have played around with the settings and possibilities, and it seems to work. Now I am just waiting for the data (GSC + Bing) to show up.
If the monthly articles are good and in Danish, then I will add another Taco. Now you have 3 Tacos.

Tier 3 should have 4 monitors, but I can only select 3. That costs 1 Taco, so now you have 2 Tacos.

Yesterday I also tried using their chat, but no response :-( Sending them a mail have worked (once). I am still waiting for feedback....
Pretty soon I will ask for a refund!!

I can confirm your purchase came through on our side, and your Tier 3 license is reserved for your account. The reason you're not seeing the plan unlocked yet is that the license hasn't been activated from your AppSumo account yet. Until then, our system shows it as available but inactive, which is why you're seeing the "pay for a plan" prompt instead of your Tier 3 benefits.
Here's the quick fix:
1. Go to your AppSumo account → Products page
2. Find GrackerAI in the list
3. Click "Access Now" (or the activation button) next to it
4. Sign in with the same email you're using on GrackerAI
Once you activate from AppSumo, the license will flow through automatically, and your Tier 3 plan will reflect in your account. It usually happens within seconds, no extra step needed on our side.
