Promising Start, Slow Follow-Through
I was genuinely excited to try Cracker AI. Clean interface, smooth onboarding. Things started well. After buying T2 and signing up, gone through the onboarding, I got a message saying the platform was processing things in the background. Fine, I thought. These things take time.
A full day passed. Same screen. I reached out to support. Two days to get a reply. Now on day three, still nothing back, and the overview looks exactly like it did the moment I created my account.
Honestly? The only things I can judge right now are the interface and how they handle support. The interface is fine. But fine doesn't matter much if the product never actually does anything. And two days to respond to someone sitting at a blank screen, during a trial of all times, doesn't inspire confidence. Maybe it gets better once it's running. I'll give it that benefit of the doubt. But if you're testing tools on a deadline, this isn't the one to bet on right now. I'll update if things change. If not, I'll be asking for a refund.
One thing worth knowing going in: don't assume the onboarding process means you're live. Leave a few days of slack, contact support early, and don't expect a fast response.
