Top notch support...
I contacted support about an issue, and they could have very well said that help was unavailable. They didn't; in fact, they fixed the problem even though I caused it. Very few product support teams really care about resolving a problem started by someone who should have known better but didn't at the time. I truly appreciate the help and patience they showed in helping me get back on track.

Support that actually builds what you ask for
I run a small UK e-commerce business and take customer calls through a softphone on my PC. I use Hedy to record and summarise those calls, and its webhooks send the transcript and recap straight into our own customer system, so every caller's history is there next time they ring.
The one gap was starting and stopping sessions automatically, since meeting detection only covers Zoom, Teams and Webex. I asked support. They gave me a clear, honest answer about what was and wasn't possible, then came back to say they'd built it for the next release: links to start and stop a session, so my phone system can control Hedy itself. They even made it off by default for safety.
The recap plus full transcript is what makes it useful day to day, and the webhook data is clean and easy to work with. For a lifetime deal, being listened to and having a feature request picked up this quickly is rare.
Highly recommended if you want call or meeting notes that plug into your own tools.
