Hello, could you please provide me with a link to the API documentation? Additionally, I haven't received any responses regarding my support ticket in the system. Thank you!

It seems that our ticketing system IP was marked by some email providers as spam and as result you may not be receiving the responses.
You can find the API doc under the developers section in the left menu.

Hi, our team replies within 24 hours. Pleas emake sure our ticket responses are not locked by your email server. If not, please provide ticket numbers and I'll check from our side.
The dev section is only available to account owners. Make sure to login using your owner account and not other role. Also, clear cache.

Hi, tickets numbers are: [#410958] and [#410959]. For login I am using the registration that I made them redeem the code from AppSumo but I do not see the dev section maybe is something wrong with my account. The owner needs to be my email I do not have any other registration.
Whitelabel and dev sections won't show if you selected personal use account type. Please change your account type to MSP or "Company" in order to see these sections. I believe my team provided an answer to your tickets.
