Q: Help chat bubble questions
Your help chat bubble in the corner of the site - when you send in a new question, or bug, etc it always tells you its submitted at first for the success message, then when you click into the actual list of past messages, it says "Conversation Ended" right away.
I submitted a question back in May and never got a reply. Are you guys getting these, or is your chat system broken?

Jun 22, 2026A: Thanks for flagging this! When no one on our team is online, your message comes in as an offline ticket — the "conversation ended" message is expected. We reply by email, so make sure the email in your chat settings is correct and not empty.

Could you double-check your email in the chat settings? I'll also review our widget configuration to make sure offline mode is working properly. Thanks for your patience! 🙌
