Q: I would like to clarify a couple of technical aspects regarding video protection and playback restrictions.
Does KillerPlayer allow restricting video playback to a specific domain (domain whitelist), so that videos can only be played when embedded on an authorized website?
Is there any mechanism to prevent or significantly reduce the possibility of downloading the video being played through KillerPlayer (for example, blocking direct access to the video source or preventing playback outside the authorized domain)?
My goal is to ensure that videos embedded on my website cannot be reproduced externally or accessed directly if someone extracts the player or link from the browser console.
Could you please confirm what level of protection KillerPlayer currently provides in these scenarios and whether there are recommended best practices to achieve this?
Thanks!
