I purchased the tool a week ago, but I'm having trouble getting it to play videos correctly.

What's happening is that the YouTube thumbnail appears, but when I press play the first time, the video might play, but after that, the screen goes black, the YouTube channel logo appears, and only the audio plays.

I've already tried it on two different hosting providers and websites, but it's the same error.

I'd like to purchase the other two codes to get the unlimited version, but I wouldn't be able to offer it to my clients if this problem persists.

I sent an email to support today with evidence of the error.

I would appreciate it if you could fix this soon, as it's really not working.

As soon as it's fixed, I'll definitely change my review to 5 stars.
