mugiwaraQ: Tips on how to easily managing clients
Hi! I recently bought Kreatli (License Tier 2 with all add-ons) and I'm figuring out the best way to manage my clients and editors.
Would you recommend creating a separate project for each client and assigning that client's editor to the same project? For example, if I have 3 clients, I'd have 3 separate projects to keep everything organized.
Right now, I use Trello with all clients and editors in one workspace, but I'm concerned it'll get messy as we grow (e.g., backlogs for 10+ clients all in one column).
I'd love to hear your recommendations or best practices for setting up Kreatli. Thanks!

Yes - we generally recommend creating a separate project for each client. That's how most agencies using Kreatli structure their workspace.
This gives each client their own assets, feedback, deliverables, chat, and approvals, making everything much easier to manage as you grow.
For editors, it depends on how you work:
If an editor works exclusively with one client, simply invite them to that client's project.
If they work across multiple clients, you can invite them to each relevant project. They'll only see the projects they've been added to.
This structure scales really well whether you have 3 clients or 100, while keeping everything organized and preventing work from different clients from mixing together.
