I really like the website builder and will need to explore all the functionality, and for this reason I am thinking to upgrade from tier 2 to tier 4. If you want to see what you can create I put the link of my website here below, as it speak more than worlds:

I like that it is very responsive on mobiles, similarly to Wordpress, however sometimes the text looks too close to the edges. Personally i prefer if there is a bit of space between the edge and the text.
Another thing I didn't figure out yet is how to make the url not display index.
I want the url to display only https://trsx.uk as right now is displayed as trsx/index.
In the worst scenario if this is not possible would be great if at least said trsx/home
To learn all the functionalities, do you have a online guidance?

To answer your specific questions:
1. Text spacing: We hear you! We are already working on website design updates that will fix these consistency nuances. Stay tuned!
2. Removing "/index" from the URL: This is actually simpler than it looks. While our Dashboard sometimes links to /index page, your site's homepage already works without it. You can simply share the link as https://trsx.uk, and it will open your home page just fine. Or is there anything I'm missing?
3. Learning & Guidance: You can find our guides and FAQs in our Help Center here: https://kvitly.com/en/help. We don't have video tutorials yet, but our written guides cover most of the essentials, and we try hard to make the interface simple and clear.
