Best in the Market! (Waiting on one small tweak for 5 stars)
I’ve explored many reputation management tools, and I can say with confidence that Rating Captain is spectacular software. It is easily the best in the market regarding functionality, automation, and overall performance.
I want to highlight that the current online reports with shareable links are absolutely amazing—they are modern, professional, and exactly what I need when presenting digitally. However, the experience falls short when it comes to the printed versions. The printed reports look too simple and aren't attractive at all, which makes them difficult to use for high-level client handovers.
To bridge this gap and make the platform perfect, I am missing the fantastic shareable link feature in these two sections:
"Quick Scan"
"Statistics"
If we could share these specific sections via a dynamic link rather than relying on a static printout, it would be a total game-changer for my workflow.
Bottom line: I am 100% willing to change this to a 5-star review as soon as the shareable link feature is added to the "Quick Scan" and "Statistics" sections. This tool is already top-tier, and this one update would make it unbeatable!

You hit the nail on the head with the shareable links for "Quick Scan" and "Statistics." We want our reports to look as good on paper (or PDF) as they do in the digital dashboard. I’ve already passed your suggestion directly to our product roadmap. We are currently working on unifying the reporting experience, and adding dynamic links to these sections is a logical next step to make high-level client handovers seamless.
