Your customers can record a testimonial directly from their browser, or they can upload a prerecorded video.

As an admin, you can create manual testimonials and upload videos for them as well.

Video limits are per workspace. Each tier includes a different number of workspaces. For example, if you purchase Tier 3, you get 10 workspaces with 50 videos each, for a total of 500 videos across 10 workspaces.

Voice testimonials are an interesting idea, and we will definitely consider adding them in future releases. Lastly, image uploads are on our roadmap.
