Hi, How comes I have to pay to access the new features ? I understand that you have segmented your offerings with a Pro plan and other plans such as the Business plan, but this is quite tricky for us. It was not the plan when I purchased my lifetime plan on AppSumo. It sounds kinda like a dark patern when you say "All future Brandy Plan updates"... Example : "Bento layouts are only available on business plan or higher Upgrade to the business plan or higher to create Bento layouts for your brands." It's very rare for me to post a negative comment like this, but I must admit that I'm a little frustrated because I feel a bit cheated. And yet, I really like your product.
Why does the system force me to enter a credit card? If I previously purchased a redemption code, why does the system require me to enter a payment method to activate it? Why does support take so long to respond? Why don't they provide technical support when they respond? Is this the kind of support that users who purchase the campaign can expect?
I am just checking out some of your newer features, which I guess original supporters do not get to benefit from, but you actually took away a feature that you had provided, and I'm a bit upset by it since I use this in business. The original deal allowed the custom favicon, now my client sees your color rocks glass icon, which makes no sense when you allow a custom domain, and a branded top-left logo. WHY? I kind of understand pushing me to upgrade for new features -- (EXCEPT you would NOT be where you are now without us - the original buyers, so it's a bit of a slap) - but help me understand the reason a benefit I had access to was removed! I'm sort of mifffed about it. You were one of the relatively few "good" AppSumo purchases that I've been happy to have made.
So I just purchased the tool and I am kind of lukewarm on it. Primary because I am unsure of how primary versus secondary versus tertiary colors are meant to be stored. Also, how can a person tell how a color should be used if I am making the brand guide public if they cannot view the notes for a color? Is the intent of the tool to store Primary colors as one Asset under color and then add the primary colors under the customized pallete section or create each color as its own asset? Also are there any plans to prevent asset names from not being fully visible?
